Glass wall light FAQs
How do you clean glass wall lights?
Glass wall lights can gather dust more noticeably than other types of wall lights, so you may need to clean them more often. To do so, simply use a dry microfibre cloth to wipe away dust from the glass.
Never use abrasive cleaners on your glass wall lights as this could scratch the surface, and always handle them gently to avoid breakage.
What height should glass wall lights be installed at?
This depends on where in your home you plan on installing the lights, as well as the layout of your interiors. You’ll need to ensure that the lights are positioned close enough to illuminate the area sufficiently, but not so close that the light is in your direct line of sight as this could dazzle you.
General best practice suggests you install your glass wall lights in the upper third of your wall. However, this won’t apply if you’re positioning the lights next to your sofa or by the side of your bed, for example. Just use your best judgement!
