You can return your online order within 28 days for a full refund. Please note you must notify us within 14 days if you wish to return any outlet items, and multipack items must be returned in full, as partial refunds are not accepted. Our policy excludes items outside the 28-day window, used items, products not in their original packaging, bespoke items, and those purchased from sample sales. £4 will be charged up front to cover postage.

- Start your return:
Click the link to our Returns Portal enter your order details, and follow the prompts. - Select your items:
Choose the items you’d like to return and tell us the reason for your return. - Choose your return method:
Select your shipping option, then download your DPD label or QR code. - Return your parcel:
Take it to your local DPD service point and retain your posting receipt, as it will contain tracking information.
*Return requests made outside of the 28-day window will not be eligible for return.
Return and refund processing times:
We process returns within five working days of receipt at our warehouse. The money can take several days to appear on your original payment method, depending on your provider.
Packing your returns
Please reuse the original packaging when returning items to us. We will not accept items that are not in their original condition (and product box) or have been damaged in transit due to inadequate packaging.
Faulty items
If your item is faulty, email contact@dowsingandreynolds.com and we’ll refund, fix or send out a replacement.

Overseas Returns
Please write on the packaging that the item is a return to avoid customs charges. Failure to do so incurs customs charges that we are not liable for, as a result, we will deduct any such fees from your refund amount. Include the original paperwork with the relevant returns section filled out.
You can return an item even if you just don’t like it* however, all non-faulty items must be unused, and in exactly the same condition as you received them.
The product box(es) must also be undamaged and suitable for resale.
We recommend using a tracked service as we do not accept proof of postage as proof of delivery.
